Vera Wang has done it again. Propelling bridal trends into the new season she has shown us all that black is the new white, even for wedding dresses. Ruffles have made a dramatic comeback and Elie Saab has waved his crystal-encrusted design wand with magical results. There’s a feast of bridal fashion, still hot from the catwalk and a special feature on stunning Ann Guise veils to complete the outfit.

Everyone in Europe is raving about the appearance of colour in bridal high fashion this season, but that’s nothing new to us here in the Middle East. Dubai’s dons of bridal couture, legendary House of Arushi share some insight into the bright and sparkling world of Middle East wedding dresses, and we call on local wedding planner, Rebecca Kinsville-Heyne, to tell us exactly how it's done from start to fabulous finish.

We’ve also done some digging in the gemstone mines and suggested a particularly romantic way to choose your wedding ring, and there are tips and hints galore to help brides glide gracefully through the planning process and into a perfectly-orchestrated wedding.

This magazine is meant for your big day, and we hope to have played just a little part as you organise your preparations. If there is anything else we can help with within these pages, please let me know at olivia@tracemedia.info

In the meantime, I hope everything goes smoothly and you gain some inspiration and insight from our magazine.

Good luck for the big day!

Olivia
